Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific instructions for the courier collection.

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
